We will temporarily deactivate your account. You can still reactivate it within 3 months. All accounts will be  permanently deleted after 3 months. 

We will continue sending you alert for 3 months after you cancel your account. After 3 months, no more alerts will be sent. However, if you do not wish to get alert, please select "Please stop sending me  alerts in future" when you cancel your account.

For Day Pass and Monthly Plan user if you cancel after you are billed, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for that rest of the day (Day Pass) or month (Monthly Plan).  For annual plan user,  you can cancel any time and get a partial refund. For example, if you sign up for an annual plan and 80 days later you decide to cancel your subscription, PatSnap will only charge you up to 3 months at the Monthly subscription rate ($99). The rest of the amount will be returned to your Paypal or bank account. Note that if you cancel more than  60 days after signing up, our payment gateway provider will charge 3.4% of the amount paid as the transaction fee, which is non-refundable unfortunately.

Normally you should expect to get your money back in 30-60 days.
