No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every Patsnap plan includes unlimited download, export and alert.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

How do I cancel my plan?

Simply click on the “Account” link, scroll to the section that says “Need to cancel your account?” and click on “Cancel my account”

What payment methods does PatSnap accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercards, and all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal accounts.

What is PatSnap's refund policy like?

For Day Pass and Monthly Plan user if you cancel after you are billed, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for that rest of the day (Day Pass) or month (Monthly Plan). For annual plan user, you can cancel any time and get a partial refund. For example, if you sign up for an annual plan and 80 days later you decide to cancel your subscription, PatSnap will only charge you up to 3 months at the Monthly subscription rate ($99). The rest of the amount will be returned to your Paypal or bank account. Note that if you cancel more than 60 days after signing up, our payment gateway provider will charge 3.4% of the amount paid as the transaction fee, which is non-refundable unfortunately.

Does PatSnap keep my information confidential?

Absolutely. Nobody will be able to know your searches, browsing history or any action you perform on PatSnap. No one will see your saved patent files unless you explicitly share certain files or folders with them.
