An electronic vaporizer is provided. The electronic vaporizer includes a cartridge that facilitates provision of a vaporized solution to an individual. The cartridge includes a housing that includes an interior, wherein the housing is one of a polymer housing or a ceramic housing. From the record · verbatim“Plaintiff Fuma International LLC (“Fuma”) brought this action for patent infringement, but has since sold and assigned all of the patents asserted in this action to NJOY, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group Inc. Accordingly, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Fuma hereby voluntarily dismisses this action, and each and every count and claim asserted against Defendant therein, without prejudice. Defendant has not served either an answer or motion for summary judgment. All parties will bear their own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.”
