Patsnap Launches Inaugural Life Sciences Customer Advisory Board
Building the roadmap with the people who depend on it .
This week, Patsnap held the inaugural meeting of its Life Sciences Customer Advisory Board roundtable, bringing together senior life sciences professionals from leading life sciences teams, including Aptar and Labcorp.
The board spans IP, R&D, and drug discovery functions across the industry. Participants brought deep operational experience across competitive intelligence, drug discovery, patentability analysis, FTO, and pipeline strategy. The conversation was candid, specific, and exactly the kind of exchange that should be driving product direction in a field moving as fast as life sciences AI.
The discussion focused on the priorities shaping life sciences teams today, including analytics workflows, AI adoption, data quality, and what it takes for AI to become trustworthy and adoption-ready in complex, regulated environments. Their perspectives will help inform how we continue to engage with life sciences teams and better understand the solutions this industry needs to push forward for high adoption and innovate faster with reliable data.
Across every priority and every use case discussed, one truth was consistent: data excellence reigns supreme. AI capabilities, workflow integration, and intelligence outputs are only as strong as the data foundation underneath them. That is the standard our customers are holding us to and the one we are building toward.
The advisory board will meet on a regular cadence, with member input feeding directly into Patsnap’s life sciences product roadmap.
