To demonstrate the expertise of our PatentGPT model in the IP domain, we tested several models using the 2019 China Patent Agent Qualification Examination.
Across 200 multiple choice questions about patent law and related laws, each correct answer is awarded 0.5 points.
Results show that commercial general LLMs failed to pass the cutoff of 60 points for the patent agent exam, whereas PatentGPT-1.0 scored 65 points, approaching the level of an IP expert.
