Meet some of the passionate and dedicated team at PatSnap, developing products and supporting customers all over the world
I joined PatSnap two years ago having been deeply attracted by the enthusiastic HR team and a post-80s boss who goes for a flat management style. I started in PR before transferring to social media.
To me, the IP industry needs more people to pay attention and to promote it. I am so proud of being part of the social media team from the very beginning to today, with fans all over the country.
I am a post-85s Suzhou girl and before PatSnap worked for Snail Tech Co. Ltd. responsible for media and external relations.
I head-up account management at PatSnap, building strategic relationships and ensuring customer requirements are exceeded. My BSc Pharmacology and MSc in Finance and M&A led me to work in business development roles for medical devices firms, private banking and most recently I headed up EMEA and APAC relations for pharmaceutical clients of the Mergermarket Group.
When I joined the company in Feb 2016 there were 9 people in Customer Success. Now we are looking at a growing department of 35 with solid foundations placed within our SME and Enterprise units. Patsnap is a thriving and exciting business to be a part of – every day is new.
I am one of the test engineers on the PatSnap QA team. My job is to make sure that our product is of the highest quality and also to make the user experience better and better. Before joining PatSnap I was a test leader at HP.
I feel very fortunate to have met Jeffery and to have been given the opportunity to join the PatSnap family. At PatSnap I feel I can gain new skills and to grow within the team and the company as a whole.
I head up the Customer Success Team and my role is to support clients on various projects through online and on-site workshops.
I graduated from the University of Portsmouth, and after endless searching (only 2 months really) I got an interview at PatSnap. I really like the relaxed nature of management, I didn’t feel like I was on ‘Question Time’ but rather that PatSnap was an equal community and that’s how I knew I’d fit in.
So far I’ve learned that hard work gets you far in work (and life) and that you always have room to learn and improve. PatSnap has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and shown me how to test myself even at the hardest of times.
As a member of the back-end development team, my role is to ensure our customers get the best possible experience from the PatSnap service.
During my time at PatSnap I have a strong sense for the innovation and passion across the team and I see great opportunities for personal growth and in particular to develop new ways of thinking and approaching challenges. I love PatSnap, she lit another lamp of my career.
My role as a content writer involves researching and creating valuable and educational content such as articles and eBooks for prospects and clients.
I studied Law at University. PatSnap was the ideal job because it incorporated my interest in IP but in a more cutting edge environment where I had the opportunity to progress my career from an SDR to marketing in a culture of supportive and successful professionals.
Since joining PatSnap I have developed my communication and writing skills which has allowed me to become much more confident and articulate. At PatSnap I enjoy the young culture and I have met many hardworking individuals here who inspire me to do better and become successful.
As a backend engineer, I am committed to building and maintaining a stable foundation for the PatSnap products.
Influenced by the spirit of freedom while studying in France, I’m deeply attracted by the creative culture and the encouragement of continuous learning of PatSnap. The most amazing thing at PatSnap is to enjoy your own growth and development while at the same time watching PatSnap grow.
I am a Sales Development Representative here at PatSnap which involves working with the Business Development team to identify potential clients.
Prior to PatSnap I held a variety of positions within sales and marketing. I was attracted to PatSnap because of its unique position within the market and tremendous growth over the past three years.
Since joining I have developed many key business skills, sales techniques, and my ability to negotiate with senior level executives. I have also learnt how to succeed within a fast-paced and results driven environment. I enjoy working at PatSnap for the team culture, high earning potential, and clear career progression.
